Equiticorp Holdings Ltd was placed into statutory management by the New Zealand government in 1989, following the collapse of the Equiticorp International plc group of companies worldwide. If you held shares in Equiticorp International plc, they have no value. If you held debenture stock in Equiticorp Holdings Ltd, you should have been receiving regular newsletters from the Statutory Managers, at least annually. The Statutory Managers have also made 17 distributions to debenture stockholders; the last repayment was made in June 2011.
